Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, The Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Dan

MacKenzie as Private Secretary to the Lieutenant-Governor, in the Office of the

Executive Council, effective March 15, 2024, at his current salary and point scale on

the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary

increases applicable to Executive to apply.
