Under the authority of subsection 8(6) of the Economic Diversification and Growth Enterprises Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby cancels the contracts with and revokes the Economic Diversification and Growth Enterprise designations of
 a) NewLab Clinical Research Inc.; and
 b) Gander Aerospace Manufacturing Inc.,
 due to the companies not meeting a term or condition to which the incentives are subject.
