Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 8(1) of the Public Sector Compensation Transparency Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased:
a) to exempt from disclosure the names of police officers who are members of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Association,
b) to substitute a numeric identifier in the place of the name of a police officer referenced in paragraph (a), and
c) to otherwise provide for the disclosure of the title and total compensation  paid to a police officer referenced in paragraph (a) in accordance with  section 4 of the Public Sector Compensation Transparency Act.
