Under the authority of section 4 of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Act, 1992, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to name the following individuals as Commissioned Officers to the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary, effective immediately:
a) Inspector Paul Woodruff as Deputy Chief, Patrol and Operational Services (Provincial Headquarters, St. John's);
b) Inspector Shawn O'Reilly as Superintendent, Criminal Investigation Division (Provincial Headquarters, St. John's);
c) Inspector Edmund Oates as Superintendent, Operational Patrol Services Division (Provincial Headquarters, St. John's);
d) Sergeant Paul Roche to the position of Inspector (Provincial Headquarters, St. John's);
e) Sergeant Alex Brennan to the position of Inspector (Provincial Headquarters, St. John's);
f) Sergeant Sharon Warren to the position of Inspector (Provincial Headquarters, St. John's); and
g) Sergeant Thomas Warren to the position of Inspector (Labrador West Region).
