Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown and section 5 of the Nova Scotia Atlantic Provinces Special Education Authority Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Elizabeth Churchill as a representative of Newfoundland and Labrador on the Atlantic Provinces Special Education Authority Board of Directors, effective immediately, for a two-year term.
