Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of sections 3 and 4 of the Financial Services Appeal Board Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Financial Services Appeal Board for the term identified, effective immediately:
a) John Efford, for a three-year term;
b) Gregory French, as Chairperson, for a three-year term;
c) Anthony Patey, for a two-year term; and
d) Peter Wakeham, for a two-year term.
