Under the authority of paragraph 3(2)(j) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Government Purchasing Agency to issue a Request for Proposals for the provision of air travel services for government and participating agencies, boards and commissions within Newfoundland and Labrador in accordance with Section 9 of the Public Tender Regulations, 1998.
