Under the authority of subsections 10(2) and 10(9) of the Teachers’ Collective Bargaining Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ed Walsh, Assistant Director of Education – Human Resources, Newfoundland and Labrador English School Board in the place of Lloyd Collins, to the School Board Committee to conduct the bargaining of the Provincial Teachers’ Collective Agreement and Labrador West Teachers’ Collective Agreement with the Newfoundland and Labrador Teachers’ Association, effective immediately, for a two-year term.
