Under the authority of subsection 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown land comprising an area of 82 m² situated at Southern Harbour, in the Electoral District of Bellevue, to David Hickey for the purpose of a wharf, slipway and boathouse, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable to such licences.
