Under the authority of section 2 of An Act to Amend the Corporations Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor to proclaim An Act to Amend the Corporations Act into force on the date of publication of the proclamation in the Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette.
