Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to:

a) permanently close a section of abandoned highway located in Lewisporte, measuring approximately 7,521 square metres, as more particularly described in the plan on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council;
b) transfer a parcel measuring approximately 623 square metres, as more particularly described in the plan on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to the Minister of Fisheries and Land Resources; and
c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to convey parcels outlined in the plan on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to adjoining landowners, subject to those terms and conditions that the Minister may prescribe.
