Under the authority of subsection 39(3) of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby directs the Board of Directors of Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-Electric Corporation to ensure that Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-Electric Corporation files an application with the Board of Commissioners of Public Utilities to defer all costs associated with the Interim Transmission Funding Agreements entered into by Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-Electric Corporation with Labrador-Island Link Limited Partnership and Labrador Transmission Corporation, with disposition of the deferral account to be addressed following further application by Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-Electric Corporation.
