Under the authority of subsections 4(1) and 4(2) and section 37 of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize Memorial University of Newfoundland to conduct deferred maintenance activities as outlined in documentation on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, utilizing up to $6,613,400 in total revenue from Campus Renewal Fee revenues for 2017-18 and 2018-19; and utilizing an additional $5,256,350 in total revenue from the Campus Renewal Fee revenues for 2017-18 and 2018-19 for critical Information Technology projects and to fund emergency infrastructure projects in 2017-18 and 2018-19.
