Under the authority of subsection 4(1) of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize Memorial University of Newfoundland to grant any required easements and land leases to utility service providers in 2018-19, on existing university-owned land, to accommodate any utility services upgrades, equipment, or service changes.
