Under the authority of section 19 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to grant a remission in the amount of $3,552,061.50 to Murphy Oil Company Limited respecting disputed corporate income tax remissions payable pursuant to the Offshore Area Corporate Income Tax Act.
