Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit $334,000 against its budgetary appropriations in 2019-20 to facilitate the awarding of a contract to LSG Construction for repairs at the Gander Arts and Culture Centre.
