Under the authority of section 4 the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Carol Anne Haley as Minister Responsible for the Status of Women, with effect from November 8, 2018.
