Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsections 29(1) and (2) of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Act, 1992, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint:

a) Mark Mills to the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Public Complaints Commission Panel of Adjudicators, for a three-year term, with effect from a current date; and
b) Gregory A. French as Chief Adjudicator on the Panel for the remainder of his term, with effect from a current date.
