Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby abolishes the following positions, effective March 31, 2013:

1) Executive Director (Employee Relations) with the Human Resource Secretariat;

2) Executive Director (Applications Development) with the Office of the Chief Information Officer;

3) Assistant Deputy Minister (Innovation, Research and Advanced Technology) with the Department of Innovation, Business and Rural Development;

4) Executive Director of Ireland Business Partnerships;

5) Special Advisor on Environmental Issues with the Department of Environment and Conservation;

6) Senior Advisor "Deputy Minister Equivalent" to the Minister of Service NL.
