Under the authority of section 7.1 of the Citizens’ Representative Act and upon the recommendation of the House of Assembly Management Commission, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Barry Fleming, Q.C. as the Acting Citizens’ Representative with continuation of his current salary and benefits, effective December 6, 2018 until such time as a new Citizens’ Representative is appointed on Resolution of the House of Assembly.
