Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a Crown land lease, comprising of an area of land not exceeding 0.25 hectares situated at Island Rock Cove, Halls Bay, Springdale, as described in the Minister’s Submission, to the Town of Springdale for the purpose of a marina subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such leases.
