Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit $78,925 annually in 2019-20 to 2021-22 and $26,309 in 2022-23 (excluding HST) against its budgetary appropriations to exercise a lease renewal option with GM Malls Limited Partnership for 2,870 square feet of office space in Marystown for a five-year term from August 1, 2017 to July 31, 2022.
