Under the authority of section 31 of the Management of Greenhouse Gas Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor to proclaim sections 1 to 3, 5, 7 to 9, 12 to 18, 20 to 24 and 27 of An Act to Regulate Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Industrial Facilities in the Province into force on the date of publication of the proclamation in the Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette.
