Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of sections 3 and 6 of the Housing Corporation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to:

a) appoint the following individuals to the Board of Directors for the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation, for three-year terms, effective December 20th, 2018:

i. Karen Alexander;
ii. Derrick House;
iii. David Loveys;
iv. Colin O’Brien; and
v. Fraser Piccott;

b) confirm the following member’s appointments to the Board of Directors for the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation until November 15, 2019:

i. Barbara Cull on a personal basis; and
ii. Rhonda Neary; and

c) remunerate Board members according to level two of the Treasury Board Guidelines for Rates of Remuneration for Boards, Commissions and Agencies.
