Under the authority of section 28 of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to reappoint the following individuals to the Provincial Court Judges’ Salary and Benefits Tribunal, for an additional four-year term to expire on December 3, 2022:

a) D. Bradford L. Wicks, Q.C., Chairperson;
b) John R. Whelan, L.L.B., nominee of the Province; and
c) J. David B. Eaton, Q.C., nominee of the Association of Provincial Court Judges and the Chief Judge.
