Under the authority of subsection 13(1) of the Centre for Health Information Act, 2018, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Stephen Clark as Chief Executive Officer for the Newfoundland and Labrador Centre for Health Information, after consultation with the Board of Directors, for a five-year term, effective December 21, 2018, subject to the terms and conditions of employment on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
