Under the authority of subsection 53(1) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor is pleased to authorize the Minister of Fisheries and Land Resources:

a) to extend the Transfer of Administration and Control of Crown Lands Agreement between the Province and Her Majesty in Right of Canada (Department of National Defence), for a two-year term, for the purpose of a tactical air weapons range with safety template (buffer zone) in the Minipi Lake area of Labrador, subject to the existing terms and conditions; and
b) to enter into amendments or extensions of the Transfer of Administration and Control of Crown Lands Agreement, without further reference to Cabinet, provided there are no substantive policy or financial changes and subject to final review by the Intergovernmental and Indigenous Affairs Secretariat and the Department of Justice and Public Safety.
