Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to convey 457m² of surplus land in Cow Head, as outlined in Annex B of the Minister’s Submission, to Oscar and Portia Payne, on the terms and conditions that the Minister prescribes.
