Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to convey surplus vacant property situated in Woody Point, more particularly described in Annex B of the Minister’s Submission, to the Town of Woody Point, on the terms and conditions that the Minister prescribes.
