Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to convey 10,960 m² of surplus land in Channel-Port aux Basques, as outlined in Annex A of the Minister’s Submission, to the Town of Channel-Port aux Basques, on the terms and conditions that the Minister prescribes.
