Under the authority of sections 21.1 and 68 of the Income Tax Act, 2000, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make Regulations entitled “Low Income Tax Reduction Regulations for the 2016, 2017 and 2018 Taxation Years”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
