Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Krista Quinlan as Deputy Clerk of the Executive Council and Associate Secretary to Cabinet, effective January 9, 2019, with salary at step 17 of the 2228 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
