Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Charles Bown as Deputy Minister of the Department of Tourism, Culture, Industry and Innovation, effective February 1, 2019, at his current salary and Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
