Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Dana Spurrell as Chief Executive Officer of the Multi-Materials Stewardship Board, on an acting basis, effective January 21, 2019, with a 10% salary increase to be applied to her current salary, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, with Ms. Spurrell’s salary to be paid by the Department of Municipal Affairs and Environment and with the Multi-Materials Stewardship Board to reimburse the Department of Municipal Affairs and Environment for such salary paid, and with any leave entitlements, or other benefits accumulated by Ms. Spurrell to January 21, 2019, to remain as liabilities of the Department of Municipal Affairs and Environment.
