Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Tanya Noseworthy as the Assistant Deputy Minister (Corporate and Strategic Services) (PCN 00013218) in the Department of Natural Resources, effective January 21, 2019, at her current salary, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of the date of her appointment, the outcome of which is to place her, retroactive to January 21, 2019, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which she has been appointed herein.
