Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Dr. Susan Squires as Assistant Deputy Minister (Environment), in the Department of Municipal Affairs and Environment, on an acting basis, effective January 21, 2019, with salary at Step 5 on the 1450 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with a salary differential to apply of 1% above the highest paid subordinate until such time as, through normal step progressions, general salary increases, or otherwise, Dr. Squires’ salary is greater than the salary of the highest paid subordinate, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.  (Revoked by OC2021-111)
