Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Linda Clemens Spurrell as Assistant Deputy Minister (Child and Youth Services), in the Department of Children, Seniors and Social Development, on an acting basis, effective February 18, 2019, with salary at Step 13 on the 1628 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
