Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint John Cowan as Assistant Secretary to Cabinet (Economic Policy), within the Executive Council, effective January 21, 2019, with salary at Step 25 on the 1560 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
