Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Chad Blundon as Assistant Secretary to Cabinet (Social Policy), within the Executive Council, on an acting basis, effective January 21, 2019, with salary at Step 15 on the 1560 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with benefits to include payment of practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
