Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the appointment of Craig Harding as Executive Director – Application Services, in the Office of the Chief Information Officer, Executive Council, effective January 21, 2019, at his current salary, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of the date of his appointment, the outcome of which is to place him, retroactive to his date of appointment, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which he has been appointed herein.     (Revoked by OC2022-138)
