Under the authority of section 19 of the Statutes and Subordinate Legislation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the appointment of Susan King as Chief Legislative Counsel, effective January 21, 2019, at her current salary, and with benefits to include payment of annual practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
