Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to restructure the Human Resource Secretariat within the Executive Council, effective November 13, 2018, with two branches as follows:

a) Human Resources Operational Support and Governance; and 

b) Human Resources Client Support and Consulting.
