Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Tina Follett as Assistant Deputy Minister (Human Resources Operational Support and Governance), in the Human Resource Secretariat, effective November 13, 2018, at her current salary and Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of the date of her appointment, the outcome of which is to place her, retroactive to November 13, 2018, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which she has been appointed herein. (Revoked by OC2020-211)
