Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to restructure the Department of Service Newfoundland and Labrador, effective February 1, 2019, with two branches as follows:

a) Regulatory Affairs, to include the Vital Statistics and Micrographic Services Divisions of the Department of Service Newfoundland and Labrador formerly under the Government Services Branch; and 

b) Government Services, to include the Occupational Health and Safety Division of the Department of Service Newfoundland and Labrador formerly under the Regulatory Affairs Branch.
