Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Corey Snook as Assistant Deputy Minister (Energy Policy), in the Department of Natural Resources, on an acting basis, effective January 21, 2019, with a 10% salary increase to be applied to his current salary, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of the date of his appointment, the outcome of which is to place him, retroactive to January 21, 2019, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary to which he has been appointed herein.
