Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 3 of the Waste Management Regulations, 2003 under the Environmental Protection Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to designate a Chairperson and appoint members to the Multi-Materials Stewardship Board, with effect from a current date, as follows: 

a) Dermont Flynn as Chairperson  

b) Tony Eldwood Chubbs, for a three-year term; and 

b) Wayne Daniel Power, for a three year term.
