Memorial University Act and Independent Appointments Commission Act
Under the authority of paragraph 22(2)(c) and subsection 22(3) of the Memorial University Act and paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to reappoint Ms. Iris Petten to the Board of Regents of Memorial University of Newfoundland, as a member and Chairperson, effective February 13, 2019, for a three-year term.
