Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funding in the amount of $845,830 against its 2014-15 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the award of a contract to Baraco Atlantic Corp. related to the garage/office building for the Transportation Depot in Whitbourne.
