Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a Crown land grant for the location depicted in Annex 1 of the Minister’s Submission, comprising an area not exceeding 67.2 hectares at Emeril Junction, Labrador, to Tshieutin Rail Transportation Incorporated for the purpose of a railway siding, warehouse, freight loading/unloading area and material storage, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable for the issuance of such grants, including the terms on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
