Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Municipal Affairs and Environment to pre-commit $56,150 (plus HST) in 2019-20 against its budgetary appropriations to facilitate awarding a contract to Hatch Ltd. to develop the Asset Management Toolkit, as part of the Municipal Capital Asset Management Project.
